Raven Property Investments is derived from the success of Raven Associates based in the UK. Raven Associates is a direct investment company and has been focused on investment and development across the UK for the past 30 years. The business is wholly owned by the Hewson family who continue to play a large role within the development business.
Raven Property Investments focuses on establishing high yielding property investment opportunities in the major financial centers of the world. Due to the success and acquired knowledge of Raven Associates, we have the experience to act as an advisory to high net worth individuals on the construction of their personal investment portfolios.
Historically, Raven Associates has invested in select, qualified locations which are historically monitored by the business allowing us to evaluate fair values and mispricing. With Raven Property Investments, we have now decided to invite high net worths to share in the success of this model.
We are a full service provider to our clients and can be engaged on a scalable basis from investment search, investment management and financial gearing.
One common misconception is that we are in competition with estate agents, but there is a clear distinction. Estate agents represent vendors and we represent purchasers. Estate agents value the efficiency we bring to the buying process, and appreciate that we only act for highly committed purchasers.
